Aarize Group: What You Should Know Before You Buy

Aarize is still a new name in Gurgaon. The company works under Aarize Realtech LLP, and their office is on Sohna Road, in Spaze Boulevard 1, Sector 47, Gurugram. They don't build homes. Their focus is commercial and retail space, so that's a bit different from most builders you hear about in the city.

Right now, their main project is called Aarize The Tessoro. Here's what we know about it:

• Located in Sector 114, Gurugram, near the Bajghera area close to Manesar Urban Complex

• It's a commercial project, built mainly for retail and shop spaces

• Uses an RCC-framed structure

• Got its license approved back in March 2024

• Carries active HARERA registration, project ID RERA-GRG-1657-2024

• Possession is expected by February 2029

The project shows up on the Haryana RERA portal with a valid registration and an uploaded certificate. That's a decent sign. But since this is their main project so far, don't just take it at face value. A few things worth checking before you move forward:

• Match the promoter name and license number with what's filed on HARERA

• Compare the construction timeline with what you actually see on site

• Ask for updated project status before booking, things can shift between filing and actual work
