Chordia Group Builders has been around Jaipur for a while now; they say they've been in business for 35 years, which is a long run for any area builder. Their focus has stayed pretty narrow the whole time: residential flats or apartments, mostly 1, 2, and 3 BHK units, concentrated around Kalwar Road and Ajmer Road.

A quick rundown:

• Based in Jaipur, Rajasthan

• Around 35 years in the real estate business

• Sticks mainly to residential apartments

• Most projects cluster around Kalwar Road and Ajmer Road

What they've actually built:

• Chordias Aashiyana, on Kalwar Road, carries RERA number RAJ/P/2022/2218, and possession is expected around September 2026.

• Chordia G4, on Ajmer Road, registered under RAJ/P/2019/918. This one rolled out in several phases, different towers launching one after another over a couple of years.

• Chordias Atulya, also on Ajmer Road, built alongside a company called Vivanta Corporation.

Here's something worth flagging: Chordia G4 shows up on record with more than one promoter name attached, Bhumkar Properties and Kalcon appear alongside Chordia Group. That's fairly common when builders team up for a joint development, but it does mean you can't just assume "Chordia" is the sole legal party responsible. Worth double-checking who's actually on the license for the specific unit you're eyeing.

Before you put any money down:

• Look up the exact RERA number for your specific project on the Rajasthan RERA site

• Figure out which entity is legally on the hook, especially for the joint projects

• Check where construction actually stands right now versus what's been promised
