About Omaxe Group

Mr. Rohtas Goel, a first-generation businessman, laid the foundation for his company's entry into the contracting and construction industries in 1987. Omaxe debuted its first residential structure with executive floors in Gurugram in 2001. From those humble beginnings to being listed on the NSE and BSE in 2007 and developing into a company with a net worth of 1638 crores in 2020, Omaxe has come a long way.

Omaxe, which lives up to its "Turning Dreams into Reality" tagline, has been providing customers with the homes of their dreams since 1987. Omaxe's strong customer relationships and the smiles it has received over the years for its excellent work have supported this.

Omaxe built its first integrated township in Greater Noida, covering 85 acres, in 2003. Since then, it has built several noteworthy projects, including Omaxe Connaught Place, which received the accolade of "THE BEST UPCOMING MALL IN INDIA," and Omaxe Chowk, a PPP project with the GoI. It has since expanded to 28 cities in 8 states and is steadfastly committed to building a new India.

Omaxe does excellent work outside of its projects, though. As part of its corporate social responsibility, it has made substantial contributions to various fields, including community development, education, health, and others.

The company is no longer open for business. The following individuals served as the company's last known directors. The company has two directors, but critical management team members have yet to be known.

The most extended-serving director is Mohammad Ehsan, who joined the board on September 27, 2010. Mohammad Ehsan has been a board member for more than 12 years. The most recent choice, Tanzeer Iqbal, was selected as a director on February 10, 2013.

Mohammad Ehsan has the most additional directorships with positions at one company. The company's directors have no affiliations with any other companies in general.
